It all started in Tanzania! A group of artists are transforming how the world is viewing Africa. Armed with their tools, they capture and transform the images and objects that represent the art, culture, landscape, wildlife, and creativity existing in their community.

Using art skills, they are continuously working to bring unique artworks of this part of Africa, the artworks are the foundation of our brand. This is what inspires Ukimu and its products. The artworks are a vivid representation and celebration of art, culture, landscape, wildlife, cities, communities, and creativity in Africa. 

UKIMU was founded with the purpose of sharing Africa with the world. For us, it is much more than a business; it is a way to share its beauty, cultural diversity and creativity in each of our high-quality products.
